Cockle ceviche
Today we present you a very international recipe! Because María del Mar (Cocina fácil con Marymar) participates in our recipe contest with an amazing Cockle ceviche. An easy recipe (as the name of the author’s Instagram account) and very tasty.
Ceviche is a meal consisting of fish and / or seafood marinated in citrus dressings. It is a traditional food that is part of the culinary culture of countries such as Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru (in the latter it is considered cultural heritage). Each country has its own version and even its way of writing it, according to the RAE (Spanish language academy): ceviche, ceviche, sebiche and seviche.
Today we propose you the version of María del Mar, with our cockles.

- Pour the contents of the can of cockles with its liquid into a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper and the juice of a lemon.
- Mix well and reserve.
- Chop the tomato, onion, avocado and roe.
- Add the cockles to the vegetables then place it in a nice way and eat.
