Mixed salad with nuts
The lettuce, tomato and tuna salad is a topic of the summers. Always present at our tables. From here, everyone adds their favorite ingredients (olives, hard-boiled egg, potato...).Now; Antonio (@elkawa1972) adds some asparagus tips, fresh cheese and a touch of nuts.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- White asparagus tips
- White Tuna
- Fresh cheese
- Nut mix
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Vinegar
Instructions
- Put a layer of lettuce on a plate or platter.
- Add the tomato and cheese.
- Place the asparagus in the center and over them the drained tuna.
- Distribute the nuts throughout the salad.
- Season to taste
