Ingredients
- 1 can “Serrats” Anchovies from the Bay of Biscay – Olive Oil
- 1 bag mixed lettuce
- 1 slice goat’s cheese
- 1 avocado pear
- Modena vinegar
- Pedro Ximénez vinegar
- Olive oil and salt
Preparation
- Wash and dry the mixed lettuce and put it in a bowl.
- Add the avocado cut into pieces and dress with salt, oil and Modena vinegar.
- Sear the slice of goat’s cheese on both sides in a hot frying pan and place it on the salad.
- Add the anchovies as desired.
- Drizzle generously with Pedro Ximénez vinegar to add a sweet touch to this delicious salad.
