- 1 120 g can “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore) Cogote” Fillets
- Rice
- Boiled ham
- Salad tomato
- Cured cheese
- Asparagus tips
- Modena balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Put the rice on to cook.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomato, the boiled ham, asparagus tips and cured cheese into little pieces.
- When the rice is ready and still warm (it can also be served cold), add the chopped ingredients and the “Bonito del Norte Cogote fillets”, lightly shredded.
- Lastly, dress the mixture with a little Modena vinegar, olive oil and salt and toss gently.
