Ingredients
- 1 can “Serrats” Sea Urchin Roe
- 1 sea bass
- 2-3 tablespoons of cream
- ½ teaspoon butter
- Salt
Preparation
- Ask your fishmonger to fillet the sea bass.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake the previously salted sea bass fillets for approximately 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pot.
- When hot, remove from the heat and add the sea urchin roe.
- Stir gently and add 2-3 tablespoons of cream.
- Return to the heat until hot, but remove before the mixture boils.
- Place the baked sea bass fillets on a serving platter and top with the sea urchin roe cream.
