Fillets of sea bass with Sea Urchin Roe

Ingredients

  • 1 can “Serrats” Sea Urchin Roe
  • 1 sea bass
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cream
  • ½ teaspoon butter
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Ask your fishmonger to fillet the sea bass.
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake the previously salted sea bass fillets for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pot.
  • When hot, remove from the heat and add the sea urchin roe.
  • Stir gently and add 2-3 tablespoons of cream.
  • Return to the heat until hot, but remove before the mixture boils.
  • Place the baked sea bass fillets on a serving platter and top with the sea urchin roe cream.
