Torta del Casar, Cantabrian anchovies, strawberry jam and chocolate shavings tapa

Shall we go out for some tapas? Where? To Gibello’s kitchen! Well, rather his kitchen is coming to us, because David has sent us a delicious Torta del Casar, Cantabrian anchovies, strawberry jam and chocolate shavings tapa.

We encourage you to make it at home because it is very easy to do! You’ll be surprised!

Ingredients:

  • Small loaves or slices of toasted bread
  • Torta del Casar cheese
  • Cantabrian anchovies
  • Strawberry or wild berry jam
  • Confectioner’s chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Take some toasted bread.
  2. Spread some Torta del Casar cheese on it (if you find it too strong, you can weaken it with some regular cheese spread).
  3. Add two anchovy fillets
  4. Spread a thin layer of strawberry or wild berry jam on top.
  5. Last of all, grate the confectioner’s chocolate over it.
