What a great invention appetiser spoons are! We can use them to serve flavoursome morsels, such as these suggested by Sonia, with cheese, pesto and our delicious Cantabrian anchovies. If you like the idea, make sure to visit her blog to see her other recipes. Delicious!
Ingredients
- Anchovies from the bay of Biscay
- Spreadable fresh cheese
- Pesto
Preparation
- Form balls of cheese with a spoon, and place one in each ceramic appetiser spoon.
- Add a little pesto on top.
- Finally, place an anchovy fillet in each appetiser spoon.
