Ingredients
- Anchovies from the bay of Biscay
- Spreadable fresh cheese
- Pesto
Preparation
- Form balls of cheese with a spoon, and place one in each ceramic appetiser spoon.
- Add a little pesto on top.
- Finally, place an anchovy fillet in each appetiser spoon.
