Ingredients
- 1 120 g can “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore)”
- Puff pastry
- 1 large tomato
- 1 half onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
Preparation
- Slice a large tomato, a medium sized onion, a green and a red pepper into strips and fine slices.
- On a sheet of puff pastry, place a layer of tomato topped with an onion and finally the peppers.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add the “Bonito del Norte” to taste and sprinkle with oregano.
- Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at the temperature and for the time indicated by the puff pastry makers.
