Catalan flatbread with roasted vegetables and “Bonito del Norte”

Ingredients

  • 1 120 g can “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore)”
  • Puff pastry
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 half onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper

Preparation

  • Slice a large tomato, a medium sized onion, a green and a red pepper into strips and fine slices.
  • On a sheet of puff pastry, place a layer of tomato topped with an onion and finally the peppers.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Add the “Bonito del Norte” to taste and sprinkle with oregano.
  • Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake at the temperature and for the time indicated by the puff pastry makers.
