Ingredients
- Cured cheese
- Anchovies from de Bay of Biscay
- For the honey and mustard sauce
- Honey – one tbsp
- Mayonnaise – one tbsp
- Mustard – one tbsp
Preparation
- Insert a toothpick in each piece of cured cheese.
- Prepare the honey and mustard sauce: mix a tablespoonful of honey, another of mustard and another of mayonnaise.
- Pour the honey and mustard sauce over the cheese.
- Put the Cantabrian anchovy fillet on top of the sauce.
