Cheese pintxo with honey and mustard sauce

When faced with a surprise visit, the usual thing to do is bring out some crisps or olives. But we can also score a point to become the host of the year with this idea by Cristina. Take note of this recipe, because it can be prepared in a jiffy and has a delicious result.

  1. Insert a toothpick in each piece of cured cheese.
  2. Prepare the honey and mustard sauce: mix a tablespoonful of honey, another of mustard and another of mayonnaise.
  3. Pour the honey and mustard sauce over the cheese.
  4. Put the Cantabrian anchovy fillet on top of the sauce.
