Ingredients
- Endive leaves
- Avocado
- Chopped onion
- Chopped tomato
- Serrats white tuna belly
- Serrats anchovies
- A dash of lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Add the avocado, onion, tomato and the dash of lemon to a mortar and crush all the ingredients until you make the guacamole.
- Fill the endive leaves and add a flake of Serrats tuna belly and an anchovy.
- Add a dash of oil to finish the dish.
