Goat’s cheese, Anchovies from the Bay of Biscay and Pedro Ximénez vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 can “Serrats” Anchovies from the Bay of Biscay – Olive Oil
  • 1 bag mixed lettuce
  • 1 slice goat’s cheese
  • 1 avocado pear
  • Modena vinegar
  • Pedro Ximénez vinegar
  • Olive oil and salt

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the mixed lettuce and put it in a bowl.
  • Add the avocado cut into pieces and dress with salt, oil and Modena vinegar.
  • Sear the slice of goat’s cheese on both sides in a hot frying pan and place it on the salad.
  • Add the anchovies as desired.
  • Drizzle generously with Pedro Ximénez vinegar to add a sweet touch to this delicious salad.
