Ingredients
- 2 cans “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore)” – Olive Oil
- 1 large leek
- 2 eggs
- Cheese
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Cut off the white part of the leek and wash well.
- Remove the outside layers carefully, without tearing them. We will use these to make the cannelloni tubes.
- Chop the rest of the leek and sweat in a little olive oil from the “Bonito del Norte” can.
- Next, add the “Bonito del Norte”, the cheese and the eggs. Half cook the tortilla.
- Using a teaspoon, stuff the leek cannelloni with the mixture.
- Lastly, brown the cannelloni slowly in a frying pan with a little oil. This will fry the leek and finish cooking the tortilla.
