Ingredients
- 200 g “Serrats” Yellowfin Tuna – Olive Oil
- 2 onions
- ½ boiled egg
- 1 baked pepper
- Homemade tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
Preparation
- Peel the onions and remove the top like a hat. Carefully scoop out the inside.
- Make the stuffing. Slice the baked pepper and the ½ boiled egg.
- Add the tuna, shredded, one or two tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix.
- Stuff the onions with the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 200º.
- Drizzle a little oil on a baking tray, add the onions and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Can be served on a bed of tomato sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
