Onions stuffed with Yellowfin Tuna

Ingredients

  • 200 g “Serrats” Yellowfin Tuna – Olive Oil
  • 2 onions
  • ½ boiled egg
  • 1 baked pepper
  • Homemade tomato sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Peel the onions and remove the top like a hat. Carefully scoop out the inside.
  • Make the stuffing. Slice the baked pepper and the ½ boiled egg.
  • Add the tuna, shredded, one or two tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix.
  • Stuff the onions with the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 200º.
  • Drizzle a little oil on a baking tray, add the onions and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • Can be served on a bed of tomato sauce and garnished with chopped parsley.
