Baked vegetables ratatouille with White Tuna
This week we propose you to travel through gastronomy with a delicious dish of baked vegetable ratatouille. A traditional recipe with a Mediterranean aroma (ratatouille is a specialty of the Provence region and of the old county of Nice, in southeastern France), but to which we add our Cantabrian touch with some White tuna loins. A perfect dish with all the benefits of vegetables, oily fish and olive oil.
Alex sends us a recipe to participate in our recipe contest; it is very simple (preparing ratatouille vegetables in the oven instead of stews makes the job easier) and provides an exquisite result, ideal for the whole family.
In addition, this recipe gave name to a famous animated film, which appeals to both young and old. Do you remember Remy? We love the passion he showed for gastronomy! Therefore, we propose a family plan for the weekend: enjoy this recipe for baked vegetable ratatouille with White Tuna at lunch, and a “gastronomic cinema” dinner.
