Christmas canapé of quince, cream cheese, anchovy and mango

- Cut a quince into the shape you like best (Lidia and Cristina have used a star-shaped cookie cutter).The quince must be 1 cm thick so that its flavor does not dominate the palate too much along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Make balls of cream cheese with a ball remover and place them on top of the quince stars.
- Place an anchovy fillet on top of each cheese ball.
- Peel half of the mango and make thin strips with the help of a carrot peeler.
- Roll the mango strips into a cylinder and place them next to the cheese balls.
- Inside the mango, place a strip of chives or pepper.
- Enjoy!
