Christmas canapes: trio of tartlets with anchovies and mussels
The tartlets can be used in many ways when preparing Christmas canapes. For example, Lucía proposes three combinations with mussels and Cantabrian anchovies, among other ingredients.

Ingredients
- Small tartlets
- Guacamole
- Mussels
- Cream cheese to spread
- Mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
- Cantabrian anchovies
- Ham chopped into small pieces
- Cayenne powder - (optional)
Instructions
Mussel cream:
First, you have to prepare the Mussel cream to use it in two of the tartlets.
- Put the mussels in the blender glass.
- Add a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese and beat it.
- Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix everything with a spoon (if you want, you can add more mayonnaise, to taste).
Mussels and Parmesan cheese tartlet:
- Fill the tartlets with the Mussel cream.
- Cut the Parmesan cheese into flakes and insert them on top of the cream.
- If you want to give it a spicy touch, sprinkle with a little cayenne powder.
Mussel and guacamole tartlet:
- Put a teaspoon of Mussel cream in the base of the tartlet.
- Fill the rest of the tartlet with guacamole.
- Put a dice of goat cheese in the center.
- Surround it with a few pinches of ham.
Guacamole and anchovies tartlet:
- Fill the tartlet with guacamole.
- Put a dice of goat cheese in the center.
- Surround it with an anchovy fillet.
