Christmas: Crispy tuna belly canapes
Christmas is just around the corner! Many towns and cities have already lit their lights, and we have started humming Christmas carols almost without realizing it. Have you already thought about the menu? If you need more ideas, Sonia, from Recetas Binisonia, suggests some very crispy and easy-to-prepare canapes.
Ingredients
- White Tuna belly - one can
- Mascarpone cheese - two tbsp
- Grated cheese
- Salt
Instructions
- Place the grated cheese in small circles (two per canape) on aluminum foil.
- Introduce them in the oven for a few minutes, until slightly golden. Let them cool down and take them off the aluminum foil. Place them on a plate.
- For the filling of the canape, mix the drained White Tuna belly with two tablespoons of mascarpone cheese and a pinch of salt.
- Place a small amount of the mix between two circles of grated cheese.
