Fish cake
A good Fish cake is usually a very popular meal. It is easy to make, it can be done in advance, and children and adults like it. Although there are so many fish cake recipes as chefs, today we propose Conchi’s, based on whiting fish and Cantabrian anchovies.
Ingredients
- Whiting fish
- Cantabrian anchovies - one can
- Eggs - 4
- Milk - a splash
- Tomato
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the fish and remove bones.
- Put it all together and mix: fish with a little broth, anchovies, eggs, salt and pepper, milk and tomato.
- Pour it into a silicone mold, previously greased with olive oil.
- Put it in the oven in a bain-marie, about 200° for half an hour (prick with a knife to see if it is already done).
- Serve it with bread.
