Grilled avocados stuffed with White Tuna
It is no secret that avocados mix well with canned fish such white tuna or Cantabrian anchovies. Usually, they are eaten cold, on toast or in salads. However, have you ever tried grilled avocados? The grill gives them a very interesting touch!

Ingredients
- Avocados - 2
- Red onion - 1
- Chopped parsley - 1 teaspoon
- Olives - as many as you like
- Tomato - 1
- White Tuna in olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the onion into julienne strips and put it in a bowl with the lemon and a pinch of salt. This is how it cures.
- Peel the tomato and cut it into slices.
- Separate the tuna fillets from the north into slices.
- Heat the grill and put the avocados cut in half on top.
- Let brown two minutes on each side
- In a bowl, mix the red onion, which will already be pickled, with the olives and parsley.
- Put the avocados on a plate, very carefully as they are very delicate.
- Fill the hollow of the avocado with the ceviche pickle, add the tuna loins and finally, put chopped parsley.
- Serve over some tomato slices.
