Loaf bread Christmas canapés
Loaf bread canapés are a Christmas staple. They are easy to prepare and allow multiple variations. For example, Fernandi suggests a lettuce, egg, mayonnaise and White Tuna filling.
Ingredients
- White Tuna in olive oil - one can
- Crustless loaf bread
- Hard-boiled eggs - 2
- “Delicias de mar - one small package
- Lettuce - washed and dried leaves
- Ham - half bar
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Chop all the ingredients, except one egg.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients chopped with mayonnaise.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread slices.
- In a deep tray, place a layer of bread, one of filling, another of bread, another of filling and finish with one of bread.
- Decorate the last layer with sliced hard-boiled egg and some ketchup.
- Allow to cool and cut into small squares of the desired size.
