Marineras Serrats with tuna and anchovies, for the Three Kings’ day appetizer
Happy 2022! We hope you have started the year to a good beginning. We are already in the final stretch of the festivities, and we imagine that many of you will be finalizing the menus and appetizers of Three Kings’ day...
Belén (@belem_betterval) proposes us some “Marineras Serrats”, with our White Tuna and our Cantabrian anchovies as protagonists. We love this idea!
Ingredients
- Cantabrian anchovies
- White Tuna
- Cooked potato - one
- Boiled egg - one
- Mayonnaise
- Salt - a pinch
- As a side:
- Mini cookies
- Bread peaks
- Cookie cones
Instructions
- Make a Spanish potato salad: you just have to mix the ingredients with the mayonnaise (in this case, Belén only uses the essentials, so as not to detract from the flavor of the tuna and the anchovy: potato, boiled egg and tuna). Season.
- Fill the canapés with salad and a piece of anchovy on top. Belén has used different canapés making a new version of the most popular Tapa in her city, Murcia, the “Tapa marinera”: mini cookies, bread peaks and cookie cones.
Simply delicious. Thank you, Belén!
