Puff pastry canapes for Christmas

Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Tuna belly
- Cantabrian anchovies in extra virgin olive oil
- Guacamole
- Frozen peas
- Lettuce
- Fresh cheese
- Salad pepper
- Bell pepper flowers
- Anchovy flavored onions
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut two sheets of puff pastry per canapé; one will be for the base and the other for the top.
- Turn on the oven at 200ºC.
- Make the base with a mold, leaving high edges on the sides; the top has to be completely flat.
- Bake until puff pastry is golden; take it out and let it cool.
- Cook the peas with a little water, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Finely chop the leaves of the lettuce heart.
- Cover the base of the canapé with guacamole, lettuce, fresh cheese balls, parsley, peas, some onions and some Cantabrian anchovy fillets.
- Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top, cover it with guacamole, lettuce, a small green salad pepper, some peas, tuna belly fillets, pepper flowers and a sprig of parsley.
