Tempered vegetable timbale with marinated tuna
After Christmas, it’s time to get back to normal day-to-day; But that doesn’t mean you stop enjoying delicious recipes. To start the year in the best way, we propose you a tasty timbale of vegetables and marinated tuna like the one you send us María del Mar (Cocina fácil de Marymar) to participate in our bimonthly recipe contest.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - grilled
- Tomato for salad - grilled
- Marinated tuna
- Onion - cooked in an air fryer
- Apple cider vinegar cream
- Spicy salt
- Olive oil
- Goat cheese roll
Instructions
- Cook the ingredients as indicated in the ingredients list: grilled aubergine, tomato, and onion in the air fryer.
- Make the timbale as desired, for example: layer of aubergine, onion, tomato, pickled northern bonito, aubergine...
- Finish with a slice of goat cheese.
- Pour the spicy salt, add a drizzle of olive oil and burn the cheese with a kitchen torch.
