Tuna and broccoli based pizza
Can you imagine enjoying a delicious pizza, without flour and with all the properties of broccoli and tuna? Surely, you have already heard about pizza bases made with cauliflower, which are also very healthy. Now, Ana (@nutri_pine) offers us an alternative perhaps less well known, but just as healthy and tasty, with another cruciferous: a pizza base with broccoli to which we also add the properties and flavor of tuna.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Free range egg - 1
- Tuna in olive oil - one can
- Natural tomato sauce - 150 g
- Cream cheese
- Mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes
- Black garlic
- Basil
- Oregano
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Meanwhile, break up the broccoli and chop in a food processor until grainy, similar to rice.
- Then, mix it with the can of tuna and with a free-range egg (previously beaten). Add a taste of salt.
- Next, form the base of the pizza by kneading everything. Spread it out on parchment paper until it is half a cm thick and bake it for 20 minutes.
- Once the base of the pizza is baked, take it out of the oven and add the toppings that you like the most. For example, Ana’s has a natural tomato base, cream cheese, mushrooms, black garlic and cherry tomatoes.
- Finally, bake another 10 minutes in the oven and let it cool.
Enjoy your meal!
A great idea, tasty and healthy... Thank you, Ana!
