Tuna cakes for New Year’s Eve
After Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas lunch, we start a new week with the focus on the next meeting with family and friends. We propose some tuna cakes ideal for New Year’s Eve.
Take note of Inma’s recipe (@incalmin), because they are perfect for sharing and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- Yellowfin tuna - a can or half a jar
- Cream - 100 ml
- Milk - 25 ml
- Egg
- Tomato sauce - 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt
- Pepper
- Filo pastry
- Pickles
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Smear the molds to be used with olive oil.
- Put in them the prepared mixture.
- Bake in a bain-marie at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Test with a toothpick to see if they are cooked.
- Arrange them on top of baked phyllo squares, and with a slice of pickle.
