White tuna puff pastry with goat cheese roll

Ingredients
- Butter puff pastry
- White tuna in olive oil
- Cherry tomato jam
- Homemade roasted peppers
- Goat cheese roll
- Egg - to paint the puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Take the puff pastry; make a square with it and in each corner put a piece of goat cheese roll.
- Brush well with egg, puncture the dough to prevent it from puffing and put it in the oven until golden brown.
- When it cools, put a base of cherry tomato jam and some loins of Tuna.
- Decorate it with strips of roasted peppers and a piece of goat cheese roll in the center.
- Toast the cheese a little with the kitchen torch and add a little bit of ground black pepper. Ready to eat!
