Rice and “Bonito del Norte Cogote” Fillets salad

Ingredients

  • 1 120 g can “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore) Cogote” Fillets
  • Rice
  • Boiled ham
  • Salad tomato
  • Cured cheese
  • Asparagus tips
  • Modena balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Put the rice on to cook.
  • Meanwhile, cut the tomato, the boiled ham, asparagus tips and cured cheese into little pieces.
  • When the rice is ready and still warm (it can also be served cold), add the chopped ingredients and the “Bonito del Norte Cogote fillets”, lightly shredded.
  • Lastly, dress the mixture with a little Modena vinegar, olive oil and salt and toss gently.
