Sardine pâté

Leire is taking part in our competition again and we’ll show you how good she is at cooking. The truth is this recipe does not really need a stove, but it shows how good Leire is in the kitchen and the delicious dishes she can prepare. Today she is showing us a Portuguese inspired recipe, easy to prepare and with a result that will make you lick your lips.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs for 12 minutes and leave to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the bone and skin of the sardines.
  3. Add all ingredients (the sardines, their oil, cheese spread, ketchup and yolks). Mix in a blender until you get a fine paste.
  4. Put the mixture in a container. Leire tells us that it looks really nice to use the sardine tin as the container. And we love the idea!
