Leire is taking part in our competition again and we’ll show you how good she is at cooking. The truth is this recipe does not really need a stove, but it shows how good Leire is in the kitchen and the delicious dishes she can prepare. Today she is showing us a Portuguese inspired recipe, easy to prepare and with a result that will make you lick your lips.
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Serrats sardines in olive oil
- The sardines’ oil
- 2 spoonfuls of cheese spread
- 1 dessert spoon of ketchup
- 3 boiled egg yolks
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs for 12 minutes and leave to cool.
- Meanwhile, remove the bone and skin of the sardines.
- Add all ingredients (the sardines, their oil, cheese spread, ketchup and yolks). Mix in a blender until you get a fine paste.
- Put the mixture in a container. Leire tells us that it looks really nice to use the sardine tin as the container. And we love the idea!
Excellent, Leire!
