Sardines, beetroot and fresh cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can “Serrats” Sardines
  • 150 g beetroot
  • 75 g fresh cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  • Chop the beetroot, the cheese into cubes and the sardines into small pieces.
  • Mix the three ingredients in a bowl.
  • Prepare an emulsion with the oil, pepper, thyme, a pinch of salt and lemon juice.
  • Add the emulsion to the beetroot, the cheese and the sardines and mix gently.
  • If desired, accompany with freshly toasted bread.
