Ingredients
- 1 can “Serrats” Sardines
- 150 g beetroot
- 75 g fresh cheese
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Chop the beetroot, the cheese into cubes and the sardines into small pieces.
- Mix the three ingredients in a bowl.
- Prepare an emulsion with the oil, pepper, thyme, a pinch of salt and lemon juice.
- Add the emulsion to the beetroot, the cheese and the sardines and mix gently.
- If desired, accompany with freshly toasted bread.
