We love autumn, with its colours, its light, its mushrooms, its chestnuts… But summer will always be summer, so we thought we’d pay tribute to it with a recipe that Matilde has christened with the name summer salad.
A salad to gather the family around the table.
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Yellowfin tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Carrot
- Red pepper
- Olives
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolk and mix it with the tuna and the mayonnaise.
- Fill the eggs again with the mixture.
- Decorate with some olives and some strips of red pepper.
- Make a bed of chopped lettuce and grated carrot.
- Place the stuffed eggs on top.
