Summer salad, eggs and tuna

We love autumn, with its colours, its light, its mushrooms, its chestnuts… But summer will always be summer, so we thought we’d pay tribute to it with a recipe that Matilde has christened with the name summer salad.

A salad to gather the family around the table.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half.
  2. Remove the yolk and mix it with the tuna and the mayonnaise.
  3. Fill the eggs again with the mixture.
  4. Decorate with some olives and some strips of red pepper.
  5. Make a bed of chopped lettuce and grated carrot.
  6. Place the stuffed eggs on top.
