Silvia, with this latest creation – which is served in a cocktail glass and eaten with a spoon – has once again shown us that she is a genius when it comes to imaginative cuisine. It takes just minutes to prepare, but its visual appeal is matched by few, and it’s also delicious! Indeed, we often visit “Cocina con Silvia”, the blog where the author of this terrific three-layered dish gives full expression to her art. Shall we try making it ourselves? Ingredients:
- Blue cream cheese
- Pepper jam
- Atún claro of Conservas Serrats light tuna (flaked)
- Fried onion
Preparation:
- First, put some blue cream cheese in the cocktail glass; next, place the pepper jam on top of the cheese; then place the flaked tuna on top of the pepper jam
- Adorn with fried onion
- Use the spoon to eat, starting from the bottom and working your way up to the top, including the onion. Serve cold
