Ingredients
For 4 slices of toast, one per person.
- 1 120 g can “Serrats” “Bonito del Norte (White Tuna, Albacore) Ventresca” Fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 aubergine
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Bake the vegetables
- Heat the oven to 200º.
- Drizzle the vegetables with a little oil (a drop is enough).
- Salt the vegetables and bake in the oven at 180º for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and peel when cool enough.
Toast
- Use good, hearty bread.
- Cut 4 generous slices and toast them lightly.
Presentation
- Put the toast on a plate
- Top with alternating strips of red pepper, green pepper, aubergine and onion.
- Add finely chopped garlic, a generous drizzle of olive oil and a little fleur de sel.
- Complete with the “Bonito del Norte Ventresca” Fillets.
